Minutes of the meeting about Alumni meeting to be held on 27th April


MEMBERS PRESENT:
1.Dr.periasamy,registar.
2.Dr.bilal, coodinator.
3.Dr,nithya nandam,hod.EEE dept.
4.Dr.ragasawmy,hod IT dept.
5.Dr.jalal,director admissions.

PRECEDINGS OF THE MEETING:
1.Dr.periasamy asked the members about the chief guest to be invited.Dr. bilal suggested that the can invite the anna university vice chancellor for the meeting.dr.periasawmy said him to make arrangement for that.
2.The list of programs was suggested by Dr.nithyanandam,and the others agreed with him.And he was asked to make arrangements for that.
3.dr.periasamy suggested that the program can be arranged in the auditorium.And the members accepted his decision.
4.DR.rangaswamy asked about the money to organize the function.Dr.periasamy asked him to estimate the finance for the function,and he said that the money would be taken from the university.
5.Dr.jalal proceeded the vote of thanks for the members present in the meeting.
